Why aren’t hyperlinks in my planner working?
To use the hyperlinks, you need to be in hyperlinks mode. Tap the pencil icon in the toolbar to switch to hyperlinks mode. Once there, simply tap on any hyperlinked area to navigate to the relevant page. If you had to long-tap the hyperlinks, it means you were in editing mode.

Why aren't my calendar events automatically showing up in my planner?
Currently, Goodnotes cannot sync with Apple or Google calendars to automatically display your previously created events. The hyperlinked shortcuts in your planner are designed for quick access to your calendar, allowing you to easily add new events or reminders.
I've installed the shortcut file but it isn't working. What should I do?
If the "ChattanDesign.shortcut" file was downloaded multiple times, it might have a number appended to the filename (e.g., "ChattanDesign (2)"). This can prevent the shortcuts from working correctly.
To fix this, go into your Shortcuts app and rename the file to "ChattanDesign", ensuring there are no numbers or brackets in the filename. The hyperlinked shortcuts should then work properly.
How do I duplicate a page?
To duplicate a page in your Goodnotes planner, open Thumbnail View and locate the page you want to duplicate. Click the dropdown arrow under the page thumbnail and select 'Duplicate'.
